Happy First Anniversary!

One year ago, I took a leap into the unknown. Opening up this space for my fledgling wellness practice was a “wild and precious” dream.

Now, even amidst the flood of uncertainty with COVID-19, social and political unrest, financial instabilities and so much more, I still find myself hopeful. I couldn’t have imagined all the profound work that has happened in just one year, so cheers to the future ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has been supportive of this small space with a big heart. I’m deeply grateful for all the healing work and all the beautiful souls who have connected here. It’s been an honor to accompany you on your journey.
